Liz helped us buy two houses on Mercer Island following our relocation from California. We were remote for several months, coming to Seattle area for a couple of days every few weeks, and sometimes had to tour properties on short notice and in weird hours. Our requirements were also changing often as we learned more about the neighborhoods of Mercer Island. Liz stayed with us all the way, with infinite patience, spending countless hours touring houses and educating us on things not obvious for California transplants. She is super professional and responsive, with excellent knowledge of local market, great at negotiating, and a very fun person to work with. We couldn't have wished for a better realtor.
